Wonderphyll has consistently met the Class A criteria, with Fire and Smoke ratings under 20. We have various blends, densities and thicknesses available to meet Class A requirements.
Sustainable Material Content
Wonderphyll is available in blends with up to 55% rapidly renewable content. Our natural fiber comes from a plant that grows 14 feet in 7 months. It is a yearly renewable resource.
Low Volatile Organic Compounds and no added Formaldehyde
Wonderphyll has been tested at an independent lab and shown to have VOC’s under the Greenguard levels. There is no added Formaldehyde in Wonderphyll.
Post-Consumer Recycled Content
Wonderphyll is available in a number of custom fiber blends from 10% post-consumer recycled content to 35% post-consumer recycled content. Recyclable— Factory trim can be recovered and reused. Parts can be recycled at the end of product's useful life. The use of Wonderphyll reduces need to landfill products at the end of the life cycle.
Cost Competitive Content
Wonderphyll has a higher strength to weight ratio than fiberglass. Our material allows the engineer to reconfigure the complete system to remove steel and backing material. This reduces material cost and labor for the system to provide an overall cost savings.

Machining
Wonderphyll is easily machined to produce the necessary sizes for your application. We have customers that use a variety of methods for machining and cutting from razor knife cutting to Rotary CNC to water jet technology.

Wonderphyll is available in any number of lengths and sheet sizes. Because of our continuous belt line process we can cut sheets in any width from 48” to 72” and in lengths from 35” to 121”.
